  • Competition is open to any person/s who purchase product to the value of or exceeding $100NZ including gst. Between July 1st and September 30th 2010.
  • One entry per purchase. $200 purchase does not enable 2 entries.
  • Entry forms must be completed in full. Incomplete entry forms will not be included in the final draw.
  • Entry is available to NZ residents only.
  • Competition is for x1 only Cionyx Wireless Security System CX-218.
  • Prize is not exchangeable nor refundable.
  • Warranty of product and workmanship remains solely the responsibility of the manufacturer or company representative of the product itself. This is not the responsibility of The Battery Cell or any of it's representatives
  • Draw will take place no later than 14th October 2010. The winner will be contacted via Contact information provided in completed winning entry form by no later than 28th October 2010. Unless a re-draw results from following clause breach.
  • The winner is oligated to collect his/her Prize by no later than 30 days after notification (unless arranged with management of The Battery Cell). The Winner must make contact within 2 weeks of notification. Failiure to comply with stated Notification requirements will result in a re-draw (Re-draw follows the same time periods as Initial draw).
  • The winner is obliged to collect goods, any other person/s or nominee/s collecting goods will be declined unless arranged with The Battery Cell Management.
  • All Entries will remain the property of Battery Cell Ltd. No personal information will be used or passed on to any third party or marketing entity. Entry information will remain bound by the Privacies Act of NZ.
  • All Entries may receive from time to time Information about The Battery Cell and Products, promotions, competitions and the like after the closure of this Competition. All entries reserve the right to refuse this Information and/or stop receiving media from The Battery Cell by informing us in writing.
